We are excited to introduce Marianna Health and Rehabilitation to the community under its new leadership and management. Formerly known as Marianna Health & Rehab Center and operated by the City of Marianna, the center is now proudly part of the Southern HealthCare Management, LLC (SHCM) family.

SHCM isn’t new to the area - in fact, they’ve been a trusted presence in Florida for over 20 years. With a homegrown understanding of local needs, SHCM is made up of experienced healthcare professionals who live, work, and serve in this region. Their commitment to community-based care makes them the perfect partner for guiding Marianna Health and Rehabilitation into its next chapter. Their mission is to promote high-quality nursing care and rehabilitation services that meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of every individual served.

We’re also pleased to announce that Dustin Dryden has been appointed as the new Administrator of Marianna Health and Rehabilitation. Dustin brings valuable leadership experience from his time as Administrator at River Valley Rehabilitation Center in Blountstown, Fla. A proud graduate of Marianna High School, Dustin is honored to return home to lead this center with a focus on resident care, staff excellence, and strong community ties.

Under Dustin’s leadership, our goals are clear:

  • Uphold and enhance the quality of care and services for our residents

  • Become the employer of choice in the region

  • Strengthen connections within our community

We are also proud to offer out-patient rehabilitation services to support continued care and recovery for individuals in the community.

We invite you to stop by and meet the team, take a tour of the facility, or learn more about the services we offer. Please feel free to reach out to Dustin or any team member — we’re here for you!
